The Jagiellonian University invites undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate (PhD) law students as well as young professionals to the third edition of the Kraków Intellectual Property Law Summer School that will take place in Kraków, Poland on 16-21 September, 2019.

This year, the main topic of the Summer School will be Intellectual Property Overlaps (interfaces between different types of IRPs, practical consequences of overlaps etc.). The lectures and workshops will be delivered by the recognised academics and practitioners in the field of intellectual property law, in particular from universities in Switzerland, Israel, the USA, Poland and the European Patent Office, in cooperation with the lecturers of the Chair of Intellectual Property Law. The Summer School will be conducted in English.

The Summer School is organised in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the Polish Patent Office.

The deadline for application is 31 July, 2019.
