The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has launched a public consultation process on artificial intelligence (AI) and IP policy. The goal is to develop a list of issues concerning the impact of artificial intelligence (Al) on intellectual property (IP) policy through an open process.

After the event on IP and AI held by WIPO on September 27, 2019, the organisation announced that they would commence an open process to develop a list of issues concerning the topic.

Interested parties are now officially invited to provide comments on any aspect of the IP system that is impacted by AI.
