On the initiative of the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economy, the Intellectual Property Institute Luxembourg (IPIL G.I.E.) is organising the 11th edition of the Luxembourg Intellectual Property Day on 26 April 2018 at the Chamber of Commerce.
The theme of the conference is dedicated to intellectual property in the digital age. A number of topics will be discussed, ranging from the legal aspects and impacts of digitalisation on the patent system, intellectual property in the context of artificial intelligence, creations made by self-learning machines, processing and generation of new data, big data, etc.
In parallel to the conference, an IP fair will take place where start-ups and SMEs will be able to meet with representatives of the European IPR Helpdesk.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. The deadline for registration is 24 April 2018.
