We are pleased to inform you that the seventh issue of the European IPR Helpdesk Bulletin has been released and is now available on-line.

Within this issue we will provide you with the second part of the article on how to avoid IPR infringement when building a website. While the first part, published in the sixth Bulletin issue, analysed the structure of a website from an IPR perspective, this second one focuses more on the content and highlights the steps to take to protect your intellectual property (IP). A final article in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms series will present an objective counterbalance between the costs of IP litigations and ADR, mainly at international level. In the low-cost IP tools series we present an overview of a well known service, i-DEPOT, offered by the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP).

Another interesting service on protection measures at trade fairs put in place by the Messe Frankfurt forms the content of further article of the present publication. The latter also brings to your attention an optimal IP management of a consortium participating in a "research for the benefit of SME Associations and Groups” FP7 action.

Together with the usual quiz and a brief article on our social media activities, we close this last edition of 2012 wishing you an inspiring read – as always!
