The European IP Helpdesk team will participate in this year's "European Week of Regions & Cities" to take place in Brussels, Belgium from 7 to 10 October 2019.
The four-day event is the biggest European public event of its kind and gathers around 6,000 participants and 600 speakers from all over Europe and beyond together in Brussels for a programme of some 100 working sessions, exhibitions and networking events on regional and local development. It provides an excellent platform for officials from regions and cities’ administrations, as well as experts and academics, to exchange good practices and know-how in the field of regional and urban development.
As part of the 2019 edition the European IP Helpdesk organises a "Q&A" session on "Maximising Impact: Effective Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation in EU-funded Projects" scheduled for Thursday, 10 October 2019, 9:30 - 10:30, Building SQUARE - Brussels Convention Centre, Room 310 (circle 3).
The 1-hour session will put a particular spotlight on the role of communication, dissemination and exploitation in maximising the impact of EU-funded projects (e.g ESIF). It aims to clarify the terminology by illustrating the differences between the three concepts, and to point out the areas they have in common. Following a short presentation on the topic participants will have the chance to ask questions, and exchange with European IP Helpdesk experts and other participants.
Registration is now open and closes on 27 September 2019. Participation in the whole event is free of charge.
